Age limit:Candidates age must be below 25 years in order to apply for the post.
Educational Qualification:Candidate should have Bachelor Degree from a recognized Indian University/ Institution with a minimum of 65% marks in various disciplines of engineering such mechanical,chemical,electrical and Civil,They should have full time MBA/MSW with 65% marks for HR position.
Training:
The selected candidates shall undergo training of one year at any of its offices -HeadOffice-New Delhi, R&D Centre-Gurgaon, Regional Offices at Chennai/ Vadodara/ Kolkata, Branch Office at Mumbai, Inspection Offices or Project Sites etc. in India. Thereafter,posting can be at any of these offices in India and abroad.
Salary:
During the one year training period, the monthly emoluments shall be Rs.35,000/-(Rupees Thirty Five Thousand)+Accommodation & Transportation Rs.5,000/-(Rupees FiveThousand) if accommodation & transport is not provided; during the training period other benefits like Medical will be provided to the Trainee as per Company policy applicable from time to time
On successful completion of training,the Management Trainees will be considered for absorption in the regular pay scale ofRs.24900-50500.They shall there after be on probation for a period of one year.Upon absorption, besides Basic Pay, the employee isentitled to Dearness Allowance(DA), HRA,Allowancesat 50%of Basic Pay (under cafeteria approach) and Retiral Benefits upto 30% of Basic Pay and DA (including Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity and Superannuation Benefits) as per Company’s policy applicable from time to time. In addition to this, Performance Related Pay (PRP) is also paid as per Company’s policy. Upon absorption, CTC would be approx. Rs 10.5 Lakhs per ann
How to Apply?
The candidates who fulfill the above criteria need to apply online in the official EIL website till 10-09-2013.
Application Fees: Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay non-refundable registration fee of Rs.300/- + Rs. 30 towards bank charges i.e total Rs.330/- in the form of Bank Challan (Pay-in-slip). The SC / ST / PWD category candidates are exempted from payment of fee. State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the registration fee, in a specially opened account (No. 32298420483) (Branch Code: 09996). Candidates have to approach a SBI branch with a printout of the “Pay-in-slip”. The “pay-in-slip” generated from EIL website should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated account. There will not be any other mode of payment of registration amount. EIL will not be responsible, in case a candidate deposits the fee in wrong account.
Online Application:
To apply online candidates need to go through the official website i.e. www.recruitment.eil.co.in/.
and click on the link " Click to Apply ".
1.First you should have a valid email Id,If not create now before applying for the Post and photo with signature scanned.
2..Now click on the relative link Select Post To Apply.
3.Then click on management trainee of engineering or HR Position then fill the required details, particularly your resume details.
4.In case of offline payment generate the challan and pay in the nearest SBI bank after two days of generating the challan.
5.After depositing the fees and fill the online application by following the onscreen instructions.
6.Make sure you have attached the scanned copy of photo and signature otherwise the application may rejected.
7.After submitting the application and take the printout of the application and preserve for future usage.
8..Before attending the online test,take the printout of the admit card from the same link.
